Business grows only when business owners grow in terms of experience and learning. Experience you get as you move along – you can’t hurry experiences. But you can use other business owners’ experiences, if they’re willing to share their experiences with you, and if you’re willing to pay attention to them and see how to leverage their learning into your own situation.

Presenting three diverse videos that feature entrepreneurs talking about their experiences.

1. CEO at 18 years old? Meet Max Gouchan, founder of ClickLift, a startup company in Norway that works on a solution to increase safety related to offshore lifting operations. Their focus on problem solving and simplicity is grabbing headlines in an industry where bespoke solutions tend to be complex and expensive.

Why you should watch it: It redefines the age of a CEO. Gouchan talks about the three main challenges for any entrepreneur: lack of knowledge, money and time. He explains how to overcome these challenges brilliantly and turn the tides in your favour even when you don’t have an educational qualification.

2. The late Steve Jobs needs no introduction. He ranks among the most famous and successful entrepreneurs in the world ever. He was the founder of Apple Inc., the company credited with providing most stylish and user friendly interface and one of the most modern technologies in the world.

Why you should watch it: To be like him, listen to him talk about how to follow your heart and love what you do. He talks about how important it is to find what you love and be best at it. His mantra? ‘Don’t settle for less and keep on looking.’ Jobs famously summarised his whole life in four words: Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish.

3. Listed as one of The World's Most Powerful Women by Forbes, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw is one of India's most successful entrepreneurs. When she founded Biocon in 1978, it was a small industrial-enzymes company. Now Biocon is India's largest publicly traded biopharmaceutical company and distributes its products in 85 countries around the world. Mazumdar-Shaw also runs philanthropic initiatives through the Biocon Foundation and founded a 1,400-bed cancer centre in Bangalore in 2009.

Why you should watch it: For a woman entrepreneur, Mazumdar-Shaw is a true inspiration when she tells you how not to get intimidated and lost in jargon of the entrepreneurship world.
